In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize the support ticket system.
Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress / response online.
A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

Please share the following information prior to asking / receiving support in the ticket -

1. Your Name & Your Company Name
2. Your Contact Details - Mobile No. / Telephone No.
3. AppAnywhere License Details -
    Date of Purchase, Number of Users, Server Name, Product Code

It is difficult to provide support with incomplete description of errors (like server not working, application not connecting, internet not working, etc.). Please give a brief of the problem you are facing to help you better & faster.

The Support is provided free of charge untill the end of the support term bundled with the application - which is 1 year from the date of purchase. Post the support term a valid support pack has to be active to receive the services.
